The force on force action is the reason for the 350 fps. For the course itself, your weapon doesn't need to be below 350.

My gun is about 360fps and I don't have the money to buy another one or modify mine to be weaker so I'm out. Too bad, this looked like good fun.

I have a regular sized M4 but I dont have one that shoots below 350 FPS. Do not really want to spend the time or money to drop it down for this.

FPS is 350.
I suggest a short barrel rifle preferably an assault rifle. Having a back up will not be a bad idea.
